By accessing and using Studentbase ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Studentbase for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

• This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title
• You may not modify or copy the materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software on the Platform

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account

4. User Content

Users may post content on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe the rights of others
• Post spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate others
• Harass or discriminate against others

6. Events and Tickets

Event tickets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel events. Refund policies vary by event.

The materials on Studentbase are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Studentbase or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
