Studentbase is a community platform designed to connect students across Poland. To maintain a positive, safe, and productive environment for everyone, we ask all members to follow these guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

  • Treat all members with respect and dignity
  • No harassment, bullying, or hate speech
  • Respect diverse opinions, cultures, and backgrounds
  • Use inclusive language
  • Disagree constructively

2. Keep It Safe

  • Do not share personal information (yours or others')
  • Report suspicious activity or users
  • Do not organize or promote illegal activities
  • Protect your account credentials
  • Be cautious when meeting people in person

3. Stay On Topic

  • Keep content relevant to student life
  • Post in appropriate categories
  • Avoid spam and excessive self-promotion
  • No commercial advertising without permission
  • Share accurate information

4. Respect Intellectual Property

  • Only post content you have rights to
  • Credit original creators
  • Do not share copyrighted materials illegally
  • Respect trademark and brand guidelines

5. Event Guidelines

  • Provide accurate event information
  • Update or cancel events if plans change
  • Follow venue rules and local laws
  • Do not promote dangerous activities
  • Be clear about any costs or requirements

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or intolerance
  • Violent or graphic content
  • Sexual or suggestive content involving minors
  • Threats, intimidation, or doxxing
  • Misinformation or fake news
  • Illegal goods or services
  • Impersonation of others

7. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Reporting to authorities (for illegal activity)
